How can I be assured that the apples will be fresh?

Apple Lovers hand-picks all the apples only when they are perfectly ripe. They are hand-packed to ensure that each apple that goes into each gift box is in perfect condition. The gift boxes are lined with a packing foam to protect the apples en route.

Can I pre-order apples?

Yes! Simply place your order anytime, and when the apples are ready, we will ship your Gift Box to your selected destination.

How should I ship the apples?

If the temperature is below freezing at our packing shed or at the shipping destination, Apple Lovers will only ship your gift boxes by 2nd Day Air or Overnight Express. This insures that your apples will arrive to their destination fresh and ready to eat.

Do you guarantee the quality of the apples?

Yes! Apple Lovers stands behind our apples 100%. This means that if you are not satisfied with your gift box, please contact us and we will gladly replace it for you.

Can I send a personalized card with my gift box?

Of course. Apple Lovers will enclose a personalized gift card with your message in each gift box.
