Tender-skinned, all-purpose snacking and cooking apple. A sweet and firm apple with a distinctive flavor and aroma. Excellent for eating, pies and sauces. The skin is so tender and thin that many recipes do not require it being peeled. Must be kept refrigerated, as the pale yellow skin is quick to shrivel at room temperature.
